Friday, July 25 7:00pm-9:00pm
Saturday July 26 7:00-10:30am
Sunday July 27 7:00-10:00am
TECH HOURS AT THE TRACK:
Friday, July 25 7:00-9:00pm pending staff availability
Saturday July 26 7:00am-5:00pm Scales open 7:45am-12:00pm subject to temporary closure
during post qualifying/race impound sessions
Sunday July 27 7:30am-5:00pm Scales open 9:00am-10:30am
RACE SCHEDULE
SATURDAY: No race engines may be started before 8:00am or after 7pm
Saturday 7:30am Mandatory OWDE Orientation - Media Center Classroom
Followed by OWDE ride around in instructor's street cars
Saturday 7:45am Mandatory CRE Orientation - Media Center Classroom
Saturday: 8:20am 15 minute qualifying sessions by race group 1 -7; CRE is race group 2
OWDE (Group 8) will be on track after Group 7 of the Regional rotation for a 20 minute session
Lunch
1pm app 20 Minute session for OWDE (group 8) 1st group on track after lunch
Followed by Regional Race 1 for groups 1-7 CRE is group 2
Race 1 will be 18 minutes plus 1 lap.
Grids for Race 1 will be set by the fastest time in qualifying
Thank you party Food and beverage will be available in the garages
SUNDAY: No race engines may be started before 8:00am or after 7pm
Sunday: 8:15am Regional Race 2 for all groups will be 18 minutes plus 1 lap CRE is group 2
Grids for Race 2 will be set by the fastest time in Race 1 or qualifying
Lunch
1pm app Regional Race 3 for all groups will be 21 minutes plus 1 lap CRE is group 2
Grids for Race 3 will be set by fastest time in Race 2, Race 1 or Qualifying
These are contingency races for sanction 25-R-xxxxx

Regional Entry: Early $450 / Regular $500
Double Dip: Early $225 / Regular $275
One Day Early: $345 / Regular $395
One Day Double Dip Early: $175 / Regular $225
Compliance Fee: SRF, SRF3, & FE & FE2 $30 per weekend
CRE: Early $350 / Regular $400
OWDE Early $175 / Regular $225
*Regular Fees will apply once on-line registration closes on Monday July 21 at 11:59pm.
PLEASE NOTE: The Early Entries will first show the Regular fee, the Early Discount will be automatically subtracted upon completion of your entry, through July 21.

A COPY OF THE SUPPS WILL BE POSTED AT REGISTRATION
PLEASE PRINT A COPY FOR YOUR OWN USE
Review and update your three preferred number choices in your vehicles profile as this list will be used to assign your car number.
All current Crew must be listed - not listing crew creates delays in registration.
A valid credit card must be entered in MotorsportReg in order to complete your entry.
MC, Visa, American Express, Discover accepted. Credit card payments will be held, then processed when the driver registers at the track.
Cash and checks are also accepted at Registration.
